In these relatively dark and uncertain times we find ourselves in because of Coronavirus, we need to find ways to brighten up our mood for these long days ahead. While wearing bright colors, is one way to lift your spirits, let’s be real … how many of us are really going to get up and get dressed up just to sit around the house?

Coronavirus anxiety is real. I am not an anxious person at all. However, I must admit this is the first time I’m my lifetime that I’ve been a worried so much about the fate of our nation as a hold. Not only are we dealing with a virus that our government does not know how to contain, we have a real ignorant person in the White House.

In an effort to keep us all as sane as possible, I’m sharing a few different ways you can brighten your spirits while we all shelter in place trying to flatten the curve of Coronavirus.

There is always something to be grateful for, so challenge yourself to fill a blank page with all the good things happening in your life and you will see the good definitely outweighs the bad — I can guarantee it!

Almost every culture in history uses prayer in one form another. Talking to a higher power, whether through traditional religious practices or through meditation, can provide clarity, hope and meaning in your life.

Too much stuff clutters our homes and muddles our minds. Just making the area around you a little less chaotic will also help you clear some mental space. Trust me, it is so very difficult to feel at peace in a disorganized and disorderly environment. Ask me how I know …

Release all the feel good chemicals stored up inside the body by going for a walk or run outside. Sunshine, fresh air, beautiful views and a change of scenery can help your brain reset its mood.

While you are on the walk or run, pop in your AirPods and turn on some Yolanda Adams or Smokie Norful! Listening to worship music is a major way I lift my spirits in times of uncertainty. And I’m ALWAYS sure to sing along as loudly and proudly as possible. Praising God is always a good thing.

Calming sensory experiences can help you change your state of mind. Candles, incense, and various essential oils have proven to minimize stress by calming your overall mood. I encourage you all to experience the rewarding sensations of aromatherapy.

Wow! This is an amazing dress. You are looking so beautiful. Thanks for sharing such a unique collection of outfits with cool accessories. You look so beautiful and I would love to wear such dresses with Conch piercing jewelry. Because accessories give you a different style statement. Well, if I’d be asked to add accessories to my style, I would prefer piercing jewelry in the first place. in these days Conch Piercing is a huge trend. Thanks for the post.
